- Full Price and Sale items may be returned within 14 days upon receipt of delivery
- All items being returned must be in original condition. If the item(s) being returned were received with a gift, the gift item must also be returned in its original condition. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bags, belts, jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.

We want to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with current legal regulations: they take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment provider. At no time do we have access to your personal data regarding your means of payment, including credit cards, and we do not store them on our servers.

Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order.
Size alteration Available
- Free basic alterations are offered on full-priced items purchased online (e.g., hemming, shortening sleeves, dresses, trousers).
- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
